When submitting unsolicited manuscripts:

Follow Guidelines Strictly:

Publishers often have specific instructions for formatting, cover letters, and sample chapters. Ignoring these reduces your chances immediately.

Craft a Strong Query Letter:

Your query letter should briefly introduce your manuscript, highlight the genre, and include any writing credentials or previous publications.

Provide a Synopsis:

Publishers usually request a 1-2 page synopsis summarising your plot and main characters.

Remember, even if a publisher accepts unsolicited submissions, competition is fierce. Your manuscript must stand out through creativity, readability, and a strong narrative voice.
